He is survived by his wife of sixty-three years Jean Gilliam; daughter Sharron Kittrell and husband Gary; son Leslie Gilliam and wife Debbie; granddaughter Tara Beaver and husband Chad, Sr.; great grandsons Nick and Chad, Jr.; great granddaughter Makenzie; granddaughter Amiee McGuire and husband Keith; great-granddaughter Reese; granddaughter Amy Kidwell and husband Mike, Jr.; great grandsons Michael III, Austin and Jacob; granddaughter Kelly Chong and husband Jeff; great-grandson Andrew; son Lloyd Gilliam and wife Carolyn; grandson Morgan Gilliam and wife Valerie; granddaughter-in-law Michelle Gilliam; great-grandson Marshall; grandson Tracy and wife Jonna; great-grandchildren Bethanne, Terry and Lindsey; sisters Helen Gilliam and Lena Hair and husband Don; and a host of nieces, nephews and friends.
In lieu of flowers the family requests contributions to be made to Hospice Care Team.
Visitation will be at Forest Park East Funeral Home on Tuesday March 31, 2009, at 2 p.m. with funeral services at 3 p.m. in the chapel.
Pall Bearers will be Morgan Gilliam, Tracy Gilliam, Chad Beaver Sr., Keith McGuire, Mike Kidwell Jr. and Jeff Chong.
Interment will follow at Forest Park East Cemetery.
