Warren co, Mo - Tues. (May 16) Mrs. W.H. Gilkey, at her home in Warrenton, after a lingering illness. Oldest sister of Wm. Dyer in Jonesburg and was born June 15, 1835. She marr Feb. 1, 1854 Allen R. Gilkey, now dec. to which union four children were born. On Feb 12, 1874, she married W.H. Gilkey who survives her with 5 children. A member of the M.E. church south since 1867. Bur at Dyer graveyard near Wright City. (26 May 1893)
