Pearl Giles Forman, 89, died July 16, 1990 in a Heber City hospital.

Born October 29, 1900 in Heber City to Thomas and Rachel Cummings Giles.

Married Major Forman on October 2, 1929 in Heber City. Later solemnized in the Salt Lake Temple. He died June 4, 1953.

Active member of the LDS Church. She especially enjoyed Relief Society.

Survived by children, Mrs. Dale (Majene) Rasband, Mrs. Tiloi (Cherie) Brown, and John E. "Jack" Forman, all of Salt Lake City; fifteen grandchildren; and eleven great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by two daughters, Pearl Forman and Mrs. Mary Rae Harmon.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday at 11:00 a.m. in the Heber Second Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Olpin Mortuary on Wednesday from 7:00-9:00 p.m. and prior to the services at the church on Thursday.
Burial: Heber City Cemetery.
