Frances Lorena Gillett was the daughter of Harrison "Had" Gillett 1824 and Mary L Bayard.
Her family moved from Oswego County, New York, to Lake City, Minnesota by 1860. There she married William Krapp, a Civil War veteran, in 1869. The couple lived in Lake City, and Red Wing, Minnesota. Later they lived in Santa Clara and Santa Cruz in California. The couple had two children: Florence Lorena 1871 and William Harrison 1874.
Although cemetery records show that Frances is buried at this location in 1906, Lot 2, Block 4, Section MM, no marker is reported as present. A marker for her daughter Florence is present in the same plot.
