Timothy "Mark" Giddens, Sr., was loved by many people, easily making anyone laugh with his antics. He was a genuinely hard-working man who worked for everything he ever had. He was a caring and loving father, brother, son and husband. Mark loved his kids and family, the Dallas Cowboys, Pink Floyd and the Eagles. All his children, family and friends will miss him dearly.

May he rest in peace; well always love you, Dad.

He was preceded in death by his father, James Thomas Giddens Sr.; his brother, David Joseph "Joey" Giddens; and grandparents, aunts and uncles.

Mark is survived by his children, Timothy Mark Giddens Jr., Christina Marie Giddens, and Jacklyn Jeannette Giddens; his mother, Maria Prax Giddens; brothers, James Thomas Giddens (Liza), Clarence Eddie Giddens (Sandra), Ernest Emanuel Giddens and James Clayton Giddens (Linda); sisters, Margaret Rose Amundsen (Dave), JoLynn Gisler (Rodney) and Linda Oliver; also several nieces and nephews, aunts and uncles, cousins and other family members.

A rosary will be recited Monday, April 11, 2005, at 7 p.m. at Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez. Visiting hours will be held from 5 to 9 p.m. A funeral procession will depart at 9:40 a.m. Tuesday, April 12, 2005, from Joe Jackson Heights Funeral Chapels, 719 Loring at Cortez to Christ the King Catholic Church for a holy Mass at 10 a.m. Interment will follow at the family plot in the Calvary Catholic Cemetery.
