Deceased Name: Paula Margaret Brengle
Paula Margaret Brengle went to be with her Heavenly Father on June 19, 2009. Paula Margaret Brengle was born to James Paul and Blanche Margaret Gibson on July 21, 1932, in Minneapolis, Minnesota. They moved to California when she was 5 years old. She grew up near the ocean where she loved to spend time swimming. She married Homer Cassell (Dutch) Brengle on July 29, 1953. They lived in the L. A. area where four of their children were born, then moved to the Indio, Palm Springs area where their fifth child was born. Paula was active in her church. She loved to do crafts, knit and sew. She worked various jobs until loss of her eyesight made it hard to do. After retirement they purchased a motor home and began to travel. They lived in Hayward, WI for 11 years then moved to Nampa, Idaho where they have lived for the past 5 years.
Paula is survived by her husband of 55 years; daughters : Pamela Specht (Brian) of Thermal, CA, Suzanne Teater of Nampa, ID, Carolyn Nutter (Kelly) of Eagle River, WI, Bonnie Hutchison (Jerry) of Hayward, WI; Son, James Brengle (Toni) of Hayward, WI; 17 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren and many other family and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents, her sister Ann Stannaway and her grandson John Teater.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m. Wednesday, June 24, 2009, in the Nampa 35th Ward LDS Chapel, 11288 W. Roosevelt Rd, Nampa. A viewing will be held at the church on Wednesday from 10-10 :45 a.m. prior to services. Interment will be at the Idaho State Veterans Cemetery, Boise. Arrangements are under the direction of Zeyer Funeral Chapel, Nampa.
