Funeral services for Albert Gibson, 83, life long resident of Guernsey county, will be held Tuesday afternoon at 2 o'clock at Allen's M. E. church with Rev. Forest W. Hall, Cambridge, in charge. Burial will be made in the church cemetery. Mr. Gibson died Saturday evening at 7:30 o'clock at the home of his daughter, Mrs. Anna Warne, near Brady. The deceased was born June 27, 1853, near Kimbolton, the son of George and Elizabeth Miller Gibson, pioneer residents. Following the death of his wife, eight years ago, Mr. Gibson resided with his son, Ray Gibson, Brady. He was a devout member of llen's M. E. church. Five children, Lawson M. Gibson, Norwich, Mrs. Lillie Berry, Dover, DAn B. Gibson, Cambridge R. D. 6, Ray Gibson, Brady and Mrs. Warne, at whose home he died; one foster son, Otis Gibson, Cambridge; one sister, Mrs. Rena Baumgardner, Canonsburg, Pa., 17 grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren survive. Four sisters and three brothers are deceased.
