She enjoyed seeing friends At the Getting to Know You Club and New Paltz-Gardiner Senior Citizens.

In the early 1980's she performed in local theatre presentations of Arthur Miller's The Crucible- in which she played Rebecca Nurse – and Ibsen's The Master Builder. She loved reading, listening to music and singing, dancing, playing scrabble and Othello, and being with her family.

Bloodgood of Manalapan, N.J., Michael Bloodgood of Bonnieville, Ky.; daughters: Anne Mood Chapman of New Paltz, Jane Bloodgood-Abrams of Kingston, N.Y.; Josephine Bloodgood of New Paltz, with whom she lived.
