Mrs. Anna Marie Gessert, 83, of route 3, Washington Avenue, died early today at St. Nicholas hospital. She had been in ill health for three weeks. A daughter of Conrad and Mathilda Ramminger, she was born June 24, 1868, in the town of Schleswig, Manitowoc County and attended parochial school in Kiel. Following her marriage to Charles Gessert at Plymouth in 1896, she resided at Plymouth and Random Lake before moving to Sheboygan seven years ago.
Survivors are four sons, Floyd and Ernst of West Bend, Edward of Sheboygan and Roland of Pensacola, Fla.; one daughter, Mrs. Oscar (Elsie) Junge, Random Lake; 10 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; two sisters, Mrs. Peter Gessert of Sheboygan and Mrs. Joseph Mahlach of Kiel; and two brothers, Henry of Random Lake and John of Fond du Lac. Her husband died May 18, 1914. Her parents, three brothers and a daughter also preceded her in death.
