She is survived by her son, Clovis (Pat) Gentry, Jr. of Spencer; sisters, Jean Harris of Spencer and Marilyn Spangler of Bloomington; five grandchildren, Kara (Dan) Gunderman of Gosport, Aimee (Sam) Baker of Monrovia, Chris Barker and Eric Barker of Evansville and Leanne Hallman of Pell Ham, Al. nine great-grandchildren and one great-great-grandchild.
Mrs. Gentry is preceded in death by her parents, husband, Clovis Gentry, Sr. in 1974; daughter, Beatrix Yvonne Barker in 2009; sister, Helen Beaman-Long and brothers, Bob White, Joe White and Malcolm White.
Funeral services will be held at 11 a.m., Wednesday, June 15, 2011 at the Lakeview Drive Apostolic Church of Jesus Christ. Pastors Jud Sears and Rick Robertson will officiate. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Spencer. Friends may call 4-8 p.m., Tuesday, at West & Parrish & Pedigo Funeral Home in Spencer and Wednesday, one hour prior to the service at the church.
