Rose Ann Genovese, 53, of Mattawan, MI, passed away on October 12, 2015 at Bronson-Lakeview Hospital in Paw Paw, MI. Arrangements are pending at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home in St. Joseph, MI.

Rose was born in Zeeland, MI on June 17, 1962 to Philip and Lois (Cliffman) Haske. She is survived by her children – Jennifer Dolph of Vicksburg, MI, Raymond Dolph of Portage, MI, and Jasen and Brandon Dolph both of Mattawan, MI; a grandchild – Elexus Dolph; sister – Nancy Bryant of Mattawan, MI; and brothers – Philip Haske of Mattawan, MI, and Bill Haske of Kalamazoo, MI. Rose is preceded in death by her parents – Philip and Lois Haske, her husband – Peter Genovese, II, and a brother – Lee Cliffman. Rose loved the outdoors and fishing. Her fondest times were spending moments with her children and grandchildren whom she dearly loved.

A Celebration of Life service will take place on Tuesday, Oct. 20, 11:30am, at Starks & Menchinger Family Funeral Home, 2650 Niles Rd., St. Joseph, MI. Visitation will precede the service on Tuesday from 10:30am-11:30am, at the funeral home. Burial will follow at Calvary Cemetery in Benton Harbor, MI. Memorial contributions may be made to the American Heart Association.
