Blanche E. Gathers, 91, died Thursday evening, Feb. 9, 1995, at the Clarview rest home. Born Jan. 9, 1904, in Limestone Township, she was a daughter of Arthur and Carrie Wyman Burns. She was employed by the G.C. Murphy Co. for 17 years before retiring in 1958. Mrs. Gathers was a member of the Sligo Presbyterian Church. She married Ray Gathers in December 1924.
