Gwendolyn "Gwen" Garsee, 77, of Buna died Wednesday, September 30, 1998 in Buna.
Funeral services were held Friday, October 2, at E. E. Stringer Funeral Home in Buna with burial at Morse Cemetery.
She was a native and longtime resident of Buna.
Survivors include her son, Terry Garsee of Buna; daughters Sandra Garsee and Allene Neely both of Beaumont, Mary F. "Mert" Smith of Erin and Barbars Foreman of Buna; brothers, Jesse Powell Reeves of Orange and R. V. Reeves of Buna; sisters Mavis Spell and Regina Reeves, both of Beaumont, and Christine Whitmire of Buna; 11 grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
