Gerald A. Garrison, 75, of 2113E 1200S, Silver Lake, IN, died Saturday, May 30, 1998 at Wabash Health Care Center, Wabash, IN. He was born Oct. 5, 1922 to Arthur and Amanda (Albright) Garrison.
He was employed as a farmer, and was a World War II Army veteran. He was a member of the Eel River Church of the Brethren in Kosciusko County.
Survivors include two stepbrothers, Wayne Miller of Santa Cruz, CA and Kenneth Miller of St. Louis, MO; a half-sister, Ruth Bechtold of Peoria, IL; and a stepsister, Phyllis (Everet) Grossnickle of North Manchester. A half-brother and a half-sister preceded him in death.
Funeral service was held today (Wednesday, June 3, 1998) at DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary, with the Rev. Martha Cory officiating. Burial was in Pleasant Hill Cemetery, No. Manchester. DeLaughter-McKee Mortuary was in charge of arrangements.
