She was born March 20, 1970 in Normal, a daughter of Russell and Linda Yeakel Garrett. She married Jeffrey P. Allen on Nov. 3, 2001 in Dalton City. He survives.
Also surviving are her parents; one son, Russell L.J. Linski, Tiline; one sister, Jennifer (Lewis) McCarley; a grandmother, Lena Garrett; two nephews and one niece.
A grandmother, Ruth Miller, and a grandfather, John Garrett, preceded her in death.
She was a homemaker. Rhonda loved Kentucky and the country. She will be deeply missed.
