EUREE TANNER GARRETT, 83, passed away Tuesday, May 27, 2008. Mrs. Garrett was a native of Bacon County, Georgia and had lived in Jacksonville since 1956. She was an active member of North Jacksonville Church of God.

Euree was preceded in death by her husband, Lemmie D. Garrett, four brothers and two sisters.

Survivors include two sisters, Louise Taylor of Jacksonville, FL and her husband Cash and Eloise Taylor of Douglas GA and her husband Ashley; one step-son, Billy Garrett; numerous nieces and nephews, other loving family and dear friends.

Funeral services will be held at 2:00 pm Friday, May 30 at North Jacksonville Church of God, 7600 Kenya Street, with Rev. James A. Hull officiating.

Interment will follow in Macedonia Cemetery in Macclenny, Florida. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service at the church. Please Sign the Guestbook @

Euree, I just found out today. Guess since Daddy's death, we really didn't keep in touch; but, I know you made my uncle a happy man during his last years and for that I thank you.
