Services for Claudia , Garnto Coleman, 89, of 714-B Brantley Homes, Dublin, were held at 2:30 p.m. Sunday at White Springs Baptist Church. Burial was in the church cemetery. A lifelong resident of Laurens County, Mrs. Coleman was the, daughter of the late Newton Thomas Garnto and Martha Jones Garnto and she was married to the late Henry Tilman Garnto. She was member if the White Springs Baptist Church. Mrs Coleman died Friday at a local hospital following an extended illness. Survivors include a son, Leland H. Coleman of Dublin; two daughters, Grace-Henderson of Macon and Martha Jones of Portsmouth, N.H. Townsend Brothers Funeral Home had charge of arrangements.
