Nannie Mildred was born March 30, 1913 in Prairie Dell, Texas to John S. and Lillie Ada Gardner. She was a homemaker and a member of the First Baptist Church of Killeen.
Mrs. Bridges was preceded in death by her parents, husband, Bert Bridges in 1997, and six brothers and sisters.
She is survived by a son, Kenneth Bridges of Killeen, two daughters, Joyce Hanek of Ashtabula, Ohio and Colleen Brooks of Killeen, nine grandchildren, 15 great grandchildren and 5 great -great grandchildren.
Funeral services for Mildred "Mim" Gardner Bridges, 98, of Killeen will be 10 a.m. Tuesday, September 20, 2011 at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home in Killeen. Rev. Randy Wallace will officiate with burial will follow in the Killeen Memorial Park Cemetery.
A time of visitation will be 7 to 9 pm Sunday at Crawford-Bowers Funeral Home.
