Pansy truly was a woman who was loved by everyone she met. During World War II, she helped with the war effort by working at an aircraft factory. Later, she worked as a nurse's assistant for many years. She truly was a Christian woman, in every sense of the word, in that she spent her life in the service of her fellow man. This sweet lady will be missed by many, but especially by her family.
Along with her parents, Pansy was preceded in death by her husband, Felix Garcia, Sr.; and two sisters, Vondeen Isbell and Dokie Henley.
Pansy is survived by: her four children, Marvin (Karen) McLemore, Paula (Don) Holmes, Mark (Lorraine) Garcia and Felix Garcia, Jr.; brothers, Bud (Donna) Smith, Bobbie (Shirley) Smith and Dudley (Sandi) Cobble; seven grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
