Tildie Rebecca Ausbrooks, 79, of Franklin, died May 7, 2006 at the Medical Center at Franklin. Funeral services were held May 9 at Booker-Gilbert Funeral Home with burial at Restlawn Memory Gardens. Mr. Hoby Grace and Mr. Richard Perry officiated. Ms. Ausbrooks was a Macon County, Tn. native, a homemaker and member of the Tyree Chapel Church of Christ. She was the daughter of the late Prentice Henry Gann and Birdie Bell Mitchell Gann and widow of Virgil Clifton Ausbrooks.
Survivors include four sons, Ricky L. Ausbrooks of White House, Tn., Jerry Allen Ausbrooks and Michael W. Ausbrooks both of Franklin and Henry V. Ausbrooks of Englewood, Fl.; three daughters, Sharlotte L. Williams of Glasgow, Patricia D. Jackson of Franklin and Kathy Ausbrooks of Nashville, Tn.; one brother, Thomas H. Gann of Franklin; two sisters, Mildred Gregory of Dallas, Ga. and Frances Gann of Franklin; 20 grandchildren, 18 great grandchildren and ten great great grandchildren.
