Services: 10 a.m. today at Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Villa Nueva.

Fidelia Garcia Gallegos, 92, died Saturday, Jan. 29, 2005, at Plains Regional Medical Center in Clovis.

She was born on Dec. 5, 1912, in Villa Nueva, to Porfirio and Petrita Madrid Garcia. She married Adolfo Gallegos on Aug. 29, 1934, in Villa Nueva, and moved to Clovis in 1951. She was a homemaker and member of Our Lady of Guadalupe Catholic Church in Clovis.

She was preceeded in death by her parents; two sons, Diego and Domingo; a brother, Antonio Garcia; and a sister, Antonia Gallegos.

Survivors include two sons, Flavio Gallegos of Albuquerque and Thomas Gallegos of Raton; seven daughters, Katie Walker of Pittsburg, Calif., Reyes Smith of Belen, Patricia Standback of Las Vegas, Nev., Frances Large of El Paso, Texas, Lupe Patton, Isabel Gallegos and Christine Gallegos, all of Clovis; two sisters, Frances Trujillo of Albuquerque and Rita Quintana of Lagarita; two daughters-in-law, Rose Gallegos of Raton and Liz Gallegos of Albuquerque; and numerous grandchildren, great-grandchiuldren, nieces and nephews.

Father Patrick Duffy will officiate the services.

Burial will be at the Villa Nueva Cemetery.

Pallbearers are her sons and grandsons.

Arrangements are by Muffley Funeral Home of Clovis.
