Mr. Tony B. Futch, 43, died on Wednesday, November 30, 2005 from injuries suffered in an automobile accident in Catskill, NY.
Tony was born in Savannah and graduated from Groves High School.
He was a merchant seaman, a member of the Seafarers International and New York Local 333. He was employed by Reiner Transport as a Barge Captain.
He was preceded in death by his grandparents, Tom L. and Vivian Sikes.
Survivors include his mother, Frieda C. Quick and her husband, Glenn of Pooler; fiancée, Denise Wilds of Pembroke; sisters, Teresa Munao and her husband, Roy of Charlotte, NC and Cindy Hoffman and her husband, Dennis of Wilmington Island; two brothers, Kenny Futch of Statesboro and Jason Caylor and his wife, Nicole of Pooler; nieces, Rachelle and Haleigh; nephews, Justin and Connor.
Visitation: 6-8 p.m. on Saturday at the funeral home.
Funeral: 2 p.m. on Sunday in the Chapel of the funeral home.
Interment: Gravel Hill Cemetery.
