Funeral services will be held at 10 a.m., Wednesday, June 16, at Markwell & Son Funeral Home in Casey, with the Rev. George Nika officiating. Pallbearers are Scot Daughhetee, Douglas, Fairfield, David Daughhetee, Thomas Daughhetee, Martin Brown, and Kelly Slater. Burial is in the Casey Cumberland Cemetery. Visitation will be held from 5 to 8 p.m. on Tuesday at the funeral home.
She was born March 4, 1918 in Casey, the daughter of Clarence Everett and Susie K. (Mumford) Funk. She married Dwane A. Daughhetee on July 30, 1940 in Casey and he preceded her in death on March ?, 1995.
Survivors include two sons, Stephen Daughhetee of Williamsburg, Va. and Roger Daughhetee of Casey; a daughter, Sue Fairfield of Palm Desert, Calif.; four brothers, Darl Funk of Ft. Myers, Fla., Leon Funk of Terre Haute, Ind., Kenneth Funk of San Diego, Calif., Dewey Funk of Jamestown, Ind.; six grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband; two brothers, Bob and Merle Funk; and a sister, Doris Slater.
Mrs. Daughhetee was a homemaker and was a member of the Casey White Oak Church of God.
Memorials may be made to the Alzeimer's Association, 307 W. University Ave., Champaign, IL.
