Annie Ann Linton Fultz was born in Yellow Springs a daughter of John H. and Florence Rebecca Ford Linton of Yellow Springs, and was the wife of William Eutaw Fultz of Mountaindale.
Annie was the mother of two sons, John Fultz and "Henry" Samuel Fultz at home and was predeceased by one daughter, May Rebecca Fultz in 1917 as an infant.
Annie helped birthing mothers, when time came for delivery of their baby, often doing what doctors and nurses do today. She helped bring a lot of Mountaidale children into this world, and very often stayed with the mother and baby long after the doctor was gone.
Eutaw and Annie had a small four acre farmlette on the north side of Mountaindale Road, a tract of land called "Ternock" German for Fear Naught or Fear Not. Here they would raise a few hogs for butchering each year and chickens for eggs and poultry meat for the table, and a vegetable garden.
Eutaw worked in the city of Frederick.
Annie was a sister of the following siblings, John W. Linton, Mary E. Linton, Blanche Gertrude Rice Rothenhoefer, Oscar C. Linton, James W. Linton George H. Linton and Martin L. Linton.
