Bert L. Fullmer, 90 passed away April 11, 2002. He was born August 5, 1911 to Parley Pratt Fullmer and Sarah Ann Shepherd Fullmer. Bert married Ida Packard in 1955 she preceded him in death. Bert is survived by his son Russell. Funeral held April 15, 2002 with interment in the Evergreen Cemetery under the direction of Wheeler Mortuary.
