Pekin — Delcie L. Aper, 91, formerly of 444 S. Broadway St., Pekin, passed away at 4:44 AM Sunday, February 17, 2013, at Havana Health Care Center.
She was born June 7, 1921, in Breeds, Illinois, the daughter of Milton D. and Lillian G. Stufflebean Fuller.
She married Walter Aper in 1952 in Tazewell Co. and he preceded her in death in January 1979. One son, Lewis and three brothers also preceded her in death.
Surviving are two daughters, Dorothy Lawson and Sharon Williams and one son, David Williams. She has one sister, Velma Winget. There are seven grandchildren and many great- and great-great- grandchildren.
Delci was a homemaker all of her adult life and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness in Pekin.
Graveside services will be 1 PM Friday, February 22, 2013 at Meadow Lawn Cemetery Manito. There will be a visitation prior to services Friday from 11:30 AM until 12:45 PM at Maas-Hurley Funeral Home Manito.
