Mrs. Addie Mae Fuller, 83, of East Point, formerly of Rome, passed away on Monday, February 4, 2013, at Harbor Grace Hospice, Atlanta.
Mrs. Fuller was born in Kingston, Georgia on November 11, 1929, daughter of the late Jesse Lindsey Ford and the late Lila Elizabeth Blasengame Ford. She was also preceded by her first husband, Ellis Glenn Sweatt, Sr., and by a son, Ellis Glenn Sweatt Jr. Mrs. Fuller retired from J. C. Penny after many dedicated years of service in the Catalog Shipping Department. She was a member of the Eastern Star and attended Hapeville First Baptist Church.
Survivors include her husband, Charles Edward Fuller, East Point; three children, Deborah Flournoy, and her husband, Richard, Locust Grove, Lindsey Bruce Sweatt, and his wife, Jenny, Hampton, and Lori Jeanne Santorufo, and her husband, Keith, East Point; two sisters, Hazel Ford Worthington, Silver Creek and Rachel Ford Tillery, and her husband, Robert, Canton; eight grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren; several nieces, nephews and friends also survive.
Funeral services will be held on Thursday, February 7, 2013, at 12:00pm in the Chapel at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home with the Rev. William Paul Robinson officiating. A private interment will follow in East View Cemetery.
The family will receive friends at Henderson & Sons Funeral Home on Thursday from 10:30am until the funeral hour. At other hours, they may be contacted at each of their respective homes.
Henderson & Sons Funeral Home has charge of the funeral arrangements.
