Full Obituary: June F. Bommarrito, 96, of Hillsdale passed away Saturday, January 18, 2014 at the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility. She was born October 17, 1917 in Toledo to Edwin S. and Mable (Wheaton) Fuller. June was a graduate of Hillsdale High School. She worked at numerous businesses as a bookkeeper, and eventually retired from Hillsdale College. She enjoyed quilting, crocheting, painting, gardening and reading. June was a former member of the Business and Professional Women's Association and the Beta Sigma Phi Sorority. She was a member of the College Baptist Church.Surviving are three daughters, Linda (Jim) Loomis of Osseo, Jean (Lee) Snyder of Hillsdale and Penny (Roger) Dickinson of Jackson; 9 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren and 10 great-great grandchildren.June was preceded in death by her parents and twin sister, Jean Yinger and infant sister, Beth Fuller.Funeral services for June Bommarrito will be Thursday, January 23, 2014 at 11:00 AM at the VanHorn-Eagle Funeral Home in Hillsdale with Pastor Keith Porter officiating. Interment will follow at Northlawn Cemetery in North Adams. The family will receive friends for visitation Wednesday evening from 6-8 PM at the funeral home.Memorial contributions are suggested to the Hillsdale County Medical Care Facility.
