He was the son of the late Arthur Wood Fuller and Nora Boaze Fuller.
He was a long time farmer in Pittsylvania County, VA.
He was a member of Liberty Baptist Church in Callands, VA.
Survivors include his second wife Jonnie Giles Oakes Fuller, one son William G Fuller of Route 6, Chatham, one sister Helen F Worsham of Renan, VA and two grandchildren.
Funeral services were conducted at Liberty Baptist Church with the Reverend Michael Rockwell officiating.
Interment was in the Fuller Cemetery in Callands.
