Catherine, formerly of Wilmington, NC, died at Sunrise of Raleigh. Mrs. Frost was born a daughter of the late Foster Cromer and Estelle Vaughn Cromer, and was preceded in death by her husband L.R. Frost, Jr. and granddaughter Lee Lennon Frost. Mrs. Frost taught church school, was St. Elizabeth Chapter Chairwomen, was choir mother, and served as Chairwomen of the Altar Guild at St. Johns Episcopal Church for many years. She was also an active garden club member. She is survived by her three children, Lewis Rudolph Frost III and wife Edna Lee Lennon Frost of Wilmington, NC, James Lindsey Frost and wife Dianne Jones Frost of Hampton, VA, and Elsie Frost of Reidsville, NC. Grandchildren are Catherene Graves and husband Jim of Hampstead, NC, Jimmy Frost of Williamsburg, VA, Susan Martin and husband Jimmy of Poquoson, VA, Mary Lewis James and husband Andy of Raleigh, NC, Melissa Forrest and husband Taylor of Poquoson, VA, and Anne Frost of Newport News, VA. Great grandchildren include Nichole Graves, Joseph Graves, Rebecca Martin, Bethany Martin, Sarah Forrest, Michael Forrest, David Frost, Allen Myers, Kaylee James, and Drew James.
