Traveled to Liverpool, England, where they set sail on a ship named Wyoming, in charge of Samuel Rockelly. They arrived. in New York July 7,1881. From there they travelled west to Odgen, Utah and then to Gunnison, where they settled.
They had 4 sons, 4 daughters, John William and Joseph Henry the only two born in America. The others were all born in Sweden. Charles Frederick was the oldest son, then Edith Olivia, (Mina) Wilhelmina Albertina, August Theodore, Hilda Josephin and Frans Gustave the twins, Nancy Ulrika, John William and Joseph Henry.
Her gravesite has no headstone.
