Early on, Isaac received the best education available. He later moved to Warren County, Tennessee and grew up with his older brothers Josiah and James, followed by Elizabeth, Nancy, Andrew, William and Harriet. RC sold their home on 16 January 1857 and the married and unmarried family moved to Taney County, Missouri. Isaac married Louisa Jane Cunningham in 1858 and their first son Robert L was born August 8, 1859. The Civil War began and Isaac and Jane moved to Arkansas where Erwin P was born in March 1863. Isaac and family moved to Wright County, Missouri in 1867. Leonidus I was born on August 16, 1867. Jane dies on 14 November 1869. Isaac's mother and sister have died in 1862 and 1863. His father writes a Will on 26 January 1870 and dies on 20 February 1870. Isaac moves to Texas County, where he meets Louiza Coruelia Anderson and they are married on 24 September 1871. A girl, Nancy Eva is born on 2 June 1872. The family moves to Lawrence County, Arkansas and are shown on the 1880 Census. Isaac dies on 3 September 1880 after a long sickness. He is buried in an unmarked grave at the Dent Cemetery, in Strawberry, Lawrence County, Arkansas.
