Rose Marie Frieze Baker, a homemaker and former employee of Dickie's Sportsman's Center in Addis, died at 10:15 a.m. Wednesday, February 4, 2004, at Prevost Hospital in Donaldsonville. She was 68, a resident of Addis, and a native of Beeville, TX.
Visitation at Wilbert Funeral Home in Plaquemine will be from 6-9:00 p.m. Friday and from 10-11:00 a.m. until religious service at 11:00 a.m. Saturday, conducted by the Rev. Stephen Fleming.
Interment in Grace Memorial Park Cemetery.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Noel 'Charlie' Baker Sr.; a son, Dennis Ray Baker; and brothers, M.F. 'J.B.' Frieze, T.R. Frieze, and Ernest Frieze.
Survivors include three sons, Charles (Brends) Baker Jr. of Harvey, Ronald (Joni) Baker of Addis, and Donald Baker of Addis; two sisters, Mary Jo Koonce of Portland, TX, and Betty Jo Milliman of Garland, TX; two brothers, David Frieze of Addis and Donald Frieze of Texas City, TX; five grandchildren, Lindsey Tullier, Brennan, Colin, Charles Cody, and Brittney Baker.
