Lula Mae Thomas
Mrs. Lula Mae Thomas, 69, of Carrollton, died of heart failure Sunday, March 1, 1998, at Methodist Central Hospital in Memphis.
Mrs. Thomas was a retired employee of Irvin Industries assembly line. She was the widow of the late Jewel Thomas and the daughter of the late Tommy C. and Ora M. Goodman French.
Graveside services were held at 2 p.m. Tuesday, March 3, at Bethsaida Baptist Church Ceme-tery with the Rev. Duane Jensen officiating.
Mrs. Thomas is survived by one daughter, Frances Rayburn of Carrollton; three grandchildren, Amber, Beth and Brent Rayburn; and three sisters, Ruby Frances Foster of Carrollton, Margie C. Lewis of Grenada and Faye Walters of Little Rock, Arkansas.
Active pallbearers were Steve Marrow, Gilruth Johnson, Gary Bankston, Bill Hurst, Scott Montgomery, and Doc Little.
Honorary pallbearer was Michael Deloach.
Lee Funeral Home of Winona was in charge of arrangements.
