Funeral services will be held 4:00 p.m. Wednesday, May 23, 2007 at the Geesey-Ferguson funeral Home Chapel in Crowley, LA for Sedonia Rideaux Freeman, 72, who died at 3:55 a.m. Wednesday May 16, 2007 at her daughter's residence in Crowley.
Rev. Frank Rideaux will officiate the funeral services and the burial will be in the Old Crowley Cemetery.
She is survived by two daughters, Geraldine Clark and Donna Dalcour both of Crowley; three sons, Walter Freeman of Crowley, Sidney Julien and Samuel Julien both of Rayne, LA; five brothers, Frank Rideaux of Baton Rouge, LA, Frederick Rideaux of Opelousas, LA, Carlton Cullivan of Ville Platte, LA, Calvin Rideaux of Virginia and Joseph Rideaux of Opelousas, LA; two sisters, Ola Campbell of Ville Platte, LA and Olivia Greene of Ville Platte, LA. twenty-four grandchildren and forty-nine great grandchildren, many loving nieces and nephews and a special niece, Mary Frusilier.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Frank and Mary Cullian Rideaux, a son Donald Freeman and two great grandsons, George Freeman, Jr. and Tony Freeman a great granddaughter, Ta'Miera Freeman; two brothers and two sisters.
