She was born in Bethany, Il. to Hugh Lloyd Younger and Zelma Gertrude Mulholland Younger. She married Lee R. Freeland November 12, 1948 in Bethany.
She is survived by husband; her son, Zane (Emily) Freeland of Dalton City; daughters, Renee (Terry) Greene of Indianapolis, Indiana; Leesa (Bob) Smith of Indianapolis; sister, Verl (John) Meixner of Decatur; eight grandchildren and two great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents; one brother and one sister.
