Funeral services for Mrs. Isiah Austin, 41, of Zavalla, are scheduled for 11:30 Sunday in the United Pentecostal Church in Zavalla, with Rev. J. T. Gillis officiating. Interment will be in Whitehouse Cemetery near Lufkin.
Mrs. Austin was born in Angelina County, May 4, 1920, and died suddenly Friday afternoon in Zavalla. She had lived in Angelina County most of her life.
Survivors are husband, Isiah Austin; son, Robert Dale Austin of Zavalla; daughters, Mrs. Vernell Gillam, Joan Austin Sanders, Sue Austin, Mary Alice Austin, Flora Marie Austin and Linda Gail Austin; father, Joe Franklin of Orange; brother, J. C. Franklin of Zavalla; sisters, Mrs. Vivian__, Mrs. Marie Brookshire and Mrs. Orville Myers, all of Orange, Dovie Treadway of Lufkin; 1 grandchild.
