Funeral services were held in Denver, Colorado on Saturday, September 4th, at the Moore Funeral Home Chapel, for Bill Frank, 17 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. Wyburn and Frances Frank. Mrs. Frank is the former Miss Frances Parker, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Noah and Nettie Parker of Wagoner. Interment was in the Fort Logan National Cemetery.
Bill was killed in a fall from a sheet of ice while climbing Mt. Evans, one of the higher mountain peaks near Denver. The body was recovered in about an hour and a half. He apparently died instantly. Bill was accompanied by another boy. He would have been a High School senior in September.
Survivors include his parents; one sister; grandparents, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Frank of Loveland, Colorado and Mr. and Mrs. Noah Parker of Wagoner, Oklahoma.
Mr. and Mrs. Parker, Mrs. James Kyle and son Jimmy, of Wichita, Kansas attended the funeral services.
