Burkhart, Ethel Lorraine, 89, retired grocery store clerk, died Wednesday, Feb. 27, 2002. Visitation 1 to 5 p.m. today; service 10:30 a.m. Saturday, both at Dunsford Funeral Home.
Mrs. Burkhart was born Dec. 30, 1912 in Stafford, Kan., to the late Mose Francis and Maggie Belle Alfrey Francis.
Preceded in death by husband, George Burkhart in Oct. of 1988.
Survivors: son and daughter-in-law, Gary and Bonnie Burkhart of Ulysses; daughter and son-in-law, Kolene and Keith Luper of Augusta; brother, William Libhart Jr. of Wichita; six grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren. Memorial established with Parkinson's Education Program, 3640 S. Eisenhower, Wichita 67215.
