Antoinette (Dubois) Fradette, 93, wife of the late Armand Fradette, died peacefully Friday, (May 25, 2007) at Avery Heights, Hartford. She was born in Plessisville, Quebec, Canada on June 3, 1913 daughter of the late Joseph and Any (Lachance) Dubois. For over 63 years, she and her husband lived in Farmington where they raised their family and welcomed many family members and friends to their home. She was a skilled seamstress, homemaker and enjoyed sharing the warmth and joy of her home with all. She leaves five sons, Donald Fradette and his wife Eileen of Westborough, MA, Raymond Fradette and his wife Rosemary of Westerville, OH, Real Fradette and his wife Rose of North Wales, PA, Maurice Fradette and his wife Suzanne of West Hartford, Michael Fradette and his wife Irene of Gainsville, VA; 10 grandchildren and spouses, Donald and Cathy Fradette, Thomas and Julie Fradette, Charlene and William Bauer, Deborah and James Bumbico, Raymond and Shirley Fradette, Robert and Betsy Fradette, Timothy Fradette and his fiancée Regan Buckley, Michelle Fradette, Amiee and Brandon Rop, and Michael and Susan Fradette, and 17 great-grandchildren. She leaves two sisters, Fleurette Courtois of Farmington, and Armande Pellerin of Quebec, Canada. Our family wishes to express a special thanks to the entire staff of Avery Heights for the loving care and kindness they gave our mother for nearly 10 years. A funeral mass will be held on Tuesday, 11 a.m. at St. Peter Claver Church, 47 Pleasant Street, West Hartford. Burial will follow at Riverside Cemetery in Farmington.
