Jewell Fox Boleyn,Choir Member
Jewell Fox Boleyn, 73, who sang in the choirs at Fairfax United Methodist Church and Arlington United Methodist Church, died of cancer May 2 at the Hospice of Northern Virginia.
Mrs. Boleyn, who lived in Manassas, was born in Pittsylvania County, Va. In the late 1940s, she worked for the Veterans Administration in Richmond. She had been a Northern Virginia resident for 49 years.
From 1975 to 1977, Mrs. Boleyn was an administrative assistant at the Episcopal Diocese of Northern Virginia.
Her first husband, Gordon Trent, a captain in the Army, was killed during World War II.
Survivors include her husband of 50 years, William A. Boleyn of Manassas; three sons, William A. Boleyn Jr. of Columbia and David Fox Boleyn and Robert Scott Boleyn, both of Arlington; a daughter from her first marriage, Jewell L. Stecher of Vienna; and seven grandchildren.
