He was born April 20, 1913 in Davis County, Iowa to Francis Clarence and Effie Emaline Henderson Foster. He was a lifetime resident of Davis County.
He is survived by a sister, Velma Martin of Ozark, Mo.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday Aug, 8, 2007 at the West Grove Cemetery in West Grove, Iowa, with Rev. Richard Friend officiating.
