Mrs. Viola J. Foster, a guest at the Methodist Retirement Home, Durham, N.C. for the past four years, died Sunday unexpectedly at the home. She was a former Tyrone resident, having made her home with her sister at 524 21st st. She was born July 30,1896 in Juniata County, the daughter of John and Hettie Wilson Beaston and was married to Howard Foster who preceeded her in death. She is survived by one son, William E. Foster of Durham,N.C.; four granddaughters, a sister, Mrs. Mae E. Dawson, a guest at Epworth Manor. Also surviving are several nieces and nephews. She was preceeded in death by a brother. She was a member of the Church of the Good Shepherd, United Methodist of the Harmony Sunday School Class and of the Order of the Eastern Star. Funeral arrangements are
