Burben Oleta Foss (1926 - 2013)
Burben Oleta Nix Foss 1926-2013 My Mom passed away Feb. 25, 2013. Mom, better known as Nana and Grand Nana passed well aware that her kids, her sister, grand kids, great grand kids, cousins and her countless friends all loved her and will miss her dearly.
Mom was a strong, determined and very loving person. She loved her 3 children, their children and their children's children as they were the center of her life. Her life was topped off with the love of her little sister, Treva.
Her friends were devoted going back to the 1950s. She loved to make new friends, be with old friends, travel, camp and be with family. She had a sparkle in her beautiful blue eyes and a smile that brightened a room wherever she went and such a big caring heart. There isnt enough room to express and share my Moms life and devotion.
Her life was complete and fulfilled and she will be forever missed and forever in our hearts.
Mom was preceded in death by her loving son and daughter Steve Foss and Sharon Jamieson, our father, Al Foss, her sisters Maedolph and Daisy, her brother Guy Nix Jr, her parents Avie and Guy Nix Sr. and step father J.L Brummett.
My Mom is survived by me, Terri Foss Shapiro and husband Alan Shapiro, her sister Treva Huffman, Moms grandkids, Jarrett Jamieson (Tara), Johanna Jamieson Sciumbato (Brandon), Katie Metzger Carlson, Tawnee Foss Hammett (John), Eric Foss (Kristell), Steven Williams Jr.
Great Grandkids, Chase Jamieson, Summer Jamieson, Tori Carlson, Matt and Morgan Sciumbato, Ben and Payton Jamieson, Hannah Stanley and Brek Hammett , Moms Nephew Brian Huffman and all of her priceless friends

A Big Thank You to Neptune Society for making this so bearable for us.

Mom, we love you so much. We will be together again, Mom.
