ROCK ISLAND -- Services for Helen L. Foss, 89, of Rock Island, will be 10:30 a.m. Tuesday at St. Joseph's Catholic Church, Rock Island. Burial will be in Davenport Memorial Park.
Visitation is 4-7 p.m. Monday at Knox-Larson Funeral Home, Rock Island, with a wake service at 6 p.m.
Mrs. Foss died Friday, Oct. 22, 1999, at Trinity Medical Center-West Campus, Rock Island.
She had been an inspector and tester for Servus Rubber, Rock Island, for 26 years, retiring in 1976.
Helen Koehler was born June 22, 1910, in Rock Island. She married Palmer Foss in 1934 in Clinton. He died in 1994.
Memorials may be made to the Heart Fund.
Survivors include sons, Edwin Foss, Rock Island, Robert and Donald Foss, both of Milan, and James Foss, Taylor Ridge, Ill.; eight grandchildren; 22 great-grandchildren; three great-great-grandchildren; sisters, Mary McClarion, Moline, and Katherine Hope, Holt, Mo.; and a brother, John Koehler, Holt.
