Our beloved mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, aunt, dear friend and neighbor passed away peacefully surrounded by family in St. George, UT on February 5, 2013.
This gracious lady lived 89 years. Faun was born in Teasdale, Utah on December 6, 1923 to Neil and Jane Forsyth.
She later met and married her long love and companion, Paul T. Fordham and together they had two sons, Rodger and Jimmy. Faun served unwearingly in different positions in her church and neighborhood ward.
She is survived by her son Rodger (Irene), grand children, nieces and nephews who have added great joy to her life. Faun was preceded in death by her husband, Paul and son, Jimmy.
Funeral services will be held on Tuesday, February 12, 2013 at 11:00 a.m. at the Taylorsville 13th Ward, 1495 Tamarack Road, Taylorsville, Utah. Viewings will be held Monday, February 11 from 6-8 p.m. at McDougal Funeral Home, 4330 South Redwood Road and from 9:30 to 10:45 a.m. on Tuesday at the church. Interment, Pleasant Grove Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, please make a donation to Intermountain Home Health Care Hospice.
