The funeral of Winfield Fonda was held Friday afternoon at 2 at his home on South Main street. Rev. Howard M Hills pastor of the M. E. church officiated. There were many floral remembrances. The bearers were Warren Bellows, John McNiece, John Morford and Kendall Ketchum. The body was placed in the receiving vault of Maple Avenue cemetery, Fultonville and interment will be made there in the Spring.
