Betty J. Foltz, 92, passed away Monday, June 4, 2012, in Valley Regional Medical Center in Brownsville. Betty was born in Vermillion County, Indiana, on Jan. 30, 1920, to Evan and Bertha Downie. She was preceded in death by her husband, Raymond "Razz" Foltz, in July 1961, and brother, Billy Downie, in December 1998.
Betty is survived by her daughter, Emily J. Foltz of Brownsville; and cousin, Fauniel Harden of Champaign, Ill.
Memorial services: Saturday, June 16, at 2 p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witness, 2501 La Feria Road, Brownsville.
