He is survived by his wife, Wanda Sue Foley; one son, Trinity Leonard Foley (Katelyn) of Berea, KY; one daughter, Cassie Dawn Foley of Berea, KY; two brothers, Terry Foley (Barbie) and Elmer Burchett; three sisters, Debbie Gunnell (Rodney Thompson), Tresa Turner (Bryan) and Trenna Cunningham; one grandchild Ledger Timothy Leonard Foley and both parents Robert Foley and Virginia Hall Cunningham.
Funeral services at Oldham, Roberts & Powell Funeral Home. Burial will follow in the Pilot Knob Cemetery.
