Mary Louise Drake Flynn, 77, of Williamsfield died Friday, May 10, 1996, at Galesburg Cottage Hospital.

Born Sept. 15, 1918, in Logan County to John C. and Alice Primm Drake, she married Thomas D. Flynn on Nov. 16, 1946, in Brimfield. He survives.

Also surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Ken (Joanne) Kincaid of Williamsfield and Mrs. Marion (Joyce) Lekawa of Tucson, Ariz.; one brother, Ralph Drake of Girard; and two sisters, Catherine Boaz of St. Lucie, Fla., and Mrs. Harold (Evelyn) Kutz of Elkhart. One great-granddaughter preceded her in death.

She was employed by the U.S. Postal Service for 23 years, working as a clerk in Williams field and as postmaster there the last four years before retiring in 1981. She was a member of the National Association of Postmasters.

She was a member of St. James Catholic Church and its Altar and Rosary Society. She was a member of Daughters of the American Revolution.

Burial will be in Calvary Cemetery in Brimfield.
